FAQ

Is the review process single-blind or double-blind?

Single-blind review process. Reviewers are aware of the authors' identities, but authors do not know the reviewers.

What is the page limit for regular papers?

10-12 pages including figures, title pages, references, and appendices.

Can I submit to both the regular track and the PhD Forum?

PhD students should submit full papers to the regular track if they want to be considered for the main conference. The PhD Forum is specifically for 2-page poster abstracts.

Is it allowed to post papers on arXiv?

Yes, posting on arXiv is allowed. The conference follows a single-blind review process, so pre-print posting does not violate submission policies.

What is the policy on generative AI / LLMs?

Use of LLMs for editing and polishing is permitted, but must be disclosed in the methods section. LLMs cannot be listed as co-authors.

Can I present online if I cannot attend in person?

In-person attendance is strongly encouraged. Online presentation may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., visa issues). Contact the organizers for assistance.
