- Authors of accepted papers must register by the camera-ready deadline
- Registration is non-refundable
- Registration is only possible through the official registration website
- Student rate requires proof of enrollment (BSc / MSc / PhD)
- Formal invitation letters are sent only to accepted paper authors upon explicit request
